主讲人简介：巴利·布赞（Barry Buzan），伦敦政治经济学院国际关系教授，英国学派国际关系理论领军人物，主要研究方向为英国学派国际关系理论、国际安全和地区安全理论与实践、以及世界历史。
布赞教授的一部分代表作已经被译为中文，如：《世界政治中的军备动力》（The Arms dynamic in world politics）（吉林人民出版社，2001）；《新安全论》（Security: a new framework for analysis）（浙江人民出版社，2003）；《世界历史中的国际体系：国际关系研究的再构建》（International systems in world history-Remaking the study of international relations）（高等教育出版社，2004）；《美国和诸大国：21世纪的世界政治》（The United States and the great powers : world politics in the twenty-first century）（上海世纪出版集团，2007）。
